Job summary

Brighton Harbour Hotel is seeking a Spa Reception Supervisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring outstanding service and a warm, engaging welcome.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in a spa reception role and ideally be trained in OPERA and Premier Core; excellent written and spoken English is essential. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Spa reception role.
• Experience with OPERA and Premier Core preferred.
• Excellent standard of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and ensure outstanding service.
• Assist in delivering a warm and engaging guest experience.
• Support daily front-of-house operations in the spa reception.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Reception Supervisor to join the team. As Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile. You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a Spa reception role and ideally be trained in the use of OPERA and Premier core although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
