Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking an authentic Spa Operations Manager to lead day-to-day spa operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage Receptionists, Spa Attendants and Night Cleaners, oversee recruitment and training, coordinate with partners to maximise bookings, and supervise pool plant operations and testing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management role in a luxury spa.
• Recognised qualifications in pool plant operations and pool testing.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.

As the

Spa Operations Manager, you’ll

be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while maintaining high standards across the team and facilities.

You’ll lead and support a team of Receptionists, Spa Attendants and Night Cleaners, overseeing recruitment, training, performance and development. You’ll also manage the spa diary through

Trybe, working closely with third-party partners including Spa Breaks, SpaSeekers and itison to maximise bookings and deliver a seamless guest journey.

A key part of the role will be overseeing

pool plant operations and pool testing, ensuring all checks, records and compliance requirements are consistently maintained.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who is organised, commercially aware and passionate about delivering an outstanding spa experience.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years in a management role in a luxury spa
