Job summary

Apex Hotels in Dundee is seeking a Spa Attendant to welcome guests and support daily spa operations. You’ll embark on a structured 12-week learning journey to gain the knowledge and skills for your day-to-day tasks, including greeting guests, maintaining facilities, and supporting pool and spa operations.

Qualifications

• Front-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests in a professional, courteous manner and set a welcoming spa ambience.
• Keep reception, gym, pool and changing areas clean, maintained and secure.
• Carry out pool tests and operate in line with SOP; report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Manage towels and linen; collect, count, restock and remove used items.
• Be open to training in Pool Responder, first aid and lifeguard duties if required.
• Ensure spa areas are presented at all times in a relaxing, tranquil atmosphere.
