Job Title: Spa Beauty Manager (Maternity Cover)

Rate of Pay: £ per hour

A typical day in the life of a Spa Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff. Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction
• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs when required
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
• Manage inventory, budgets, and scheduling to ensure efficient spa operations
• Create a positive and collaborative work environment promoting professional growth and development

What we are looking for:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
• KPI driven and results focused
• Dynamic interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident speaking to clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service
• Flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action
• Experience managing a team and strong people development skills
• Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Desirable: Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments
