Your Role – Tattoo Removal Specialist

As a Tattoo Removalist, your focus will be providing exceptional client experiences. Your day will include front-of-house duties, client care, administration, and support for clinic managers.

Once fully trained, your role will expand to consulting, laser treatments, and client relationship building.

Your Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and provide five-star service
• Answer client inquiries and manage appointments via phone, email, and our CRM system
• Support Clinic Managers with daily operations
• Conduct consultations and perform laser tattoo removal
• Follow up with clients and ensure retention through excellent service

About You

You bring a drive to succeed, a hunger to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

• Full-time availability (Tuesday to Saturday) – enjoy no late nights and Sundays/Mondays off
• 1+ years experience in a customer-facing or beauty/laser therapist role
• Diploma or certification in beauty therapy (essential)
• Happy to travel and provide support to both our Castle Hill & Penrith locations
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel) and quick tech adaptability
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving ability
• Team player with a bright personality and strong work ethic
• Driver’s license & car preferred (not essential)
• Willingness to train at various Think Again locations
