We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic highly motivated team member to work alongside our SPA/Admin Team for the Oral health promotion team based at Walton hospital.
The role is for 37.5 hours a week working remotely and from one of our bases at Stubley Medical Centre and Walton hospital. Please note 0.70 hours of this position is substantive for the SPA/Admin team with the other 0.30 being fixed term for 12 months with the Oral health promotion team.
Children's 0-19 Community Services provides health visiting and school nursing services to the children, young people and families of Derbyshire.
Oral Health Promotion is a commissioned service from Derbyshire County Council and sits within the Children's Specialist Service within Derbyshire Community Health Services Trust. The role of the oral health promotion service is to implement local oral health improvement strategies by providing a range of activities to specific population groups with identified oral health needs across Derbyshire County.
In addition you must be able to prioritise your daily workload and provide efficient and reliable administrative support.
We require enthusiastic individuals who are organised, methodical and able to use their own initiative.
Also, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good computer skills and be flexible.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team and independently and have good knowledge of SystmOne (desirable) and Excel (essential)
