Citi is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Global Spread Products Application Support. This on-site role supports the SP trading desk, eTrading platforms, and global follow-the-sun operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Trading, Operations, and Risk to ensure stable platforms and provide escalations when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trade floor support to business users on a daily basis.
• Support eTrading platform and SP technology tooling.
• Ensure global follow-the-sun coverage and incident management.
• Investigate downstream data feeds and improve data quality checks.
• Collaborate with in-house development teams and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor and improve observability, controls, and resiliency of the stack.
