You will shape operating models, manage risk, and partner with Technology, Product, and clients on automation and innovation.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in change management or operations, ideally in OTC derivatives.
• Deep expertise in OTC derivatives theory and practical application across asset classes.
• Deep expertise in ETF theory and operational flow and controls.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes and client implementations.
• Strong track record of senior client relationship management at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for the OTC/ETF operating model and align with global stakeholders.
• Oversee process analysis and design, requirements delivery, and testing strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and clients to ensure robust infrastructure and governance.
• Lead analysts and drive a culture of accountability, performance, and growth.
• Manage governance, risk, budgeting, headcount planning, and KPI reporting.
