Citi is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Global Spread Products Application Support in London. The role focuses on trade floor facing support, eTrading apps, and a global follow-the-sun framework to ensure reliable operations. You’ll work closely with trading desks, ops, risk and controls to keep platforms stable and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical problem solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience supporting trading technology and ITIL processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade floor facing support to business users daily.
• eTrading Applications support for Spread Products platform.
• Global follow-the-sun coverage ensuring overnight batches meet SLAs.
• Investigate downstream feed issues and improve data quality checks.
• Collaborate with in-house development teams to escalate issues.
• Manage incidents and tasks in ServiceNow and Jira.
• Improve observability, controls, and resiliency of the stack.
• Promote accountability across the development teams.
