Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Southern UK territory, focused on tooling and machinery based in Southampton. You will develop new business, grow accounts, and represent the company at industry events.

The role is home-based with a base salary of around £30,000 and an OTE of £55-£58,000, plus a company car and equipment. Travel across the Southern region and exhibitions are required.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ territory-based field sales experience in industrial tooling, power tools or machinery.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Background in industrial tooling, power tools or industrial machinery sales.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Experience managing a sales territory and working towards targets.
• Confident presenting and demonstrating technical products.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based role.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southern UK territory and attend industry events.

Are you an experienced Sales Manager with at least four years’ territory-based field sales experience in industrial tooling, power tools or machinery? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a Southern UK sales territory for a specialist industrial equipment business. You’ll have the autonomy to develop new business, grow existing accounts and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.

You’ll also demonstrate a range of specialist machinery and represent the business at exhibitions and industry events.
