ProviT LTD is seeking Assembly Operatives for a full-time, temp-to-perm role on the outskirts of Southam. Shifts run 08:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00–13:00 on Friday. You will assemble using hand and power tools, with full training provided on the client's production facilities.

The role offers a fixed day shift and a clear path to permanent employment. Pay is £13.50 per hour, with 37 hours paid each week and weekly payroll via ProviT Recruitment.

• Local to Southam and able to drive.
