Job summary

Hariley Solutions West Midlands is seeking an Assembly Operative for a 12-week temp-to-perm assignment at a UK manufacturing site. You will assemble components accurately to spec, use hand and power tools safely, follow work instructions and quality standards.

Join a professional team with modern facilities; prior experience in assembly/manufacturing is preferred, and good dexterity, attention to detail and reliability are valued. Hours are Mon-Thu 7:00–16:30, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• The ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately and efficiently to the required specifications
• Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow detailed work instructions, production processes, and quality standards
• Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
