Job summary

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is recruiting for an Assembly Operative in Dudley, offering £13.00 to £13.50 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You will join a well-established production team, assembling and finishing products to a high standard using hand and power tools.

Ideal candidates will have experience in assembly, woodworking or general production, be reliable and punctual, and able to follow drawings and specifications. This is a temporary-to-permanent role with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands‑on assembly, preferably in a workshop or production environment.
• Comfortable using a range of hand and power tools.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components accurately.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Measure, cut and fit components to drawings.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace and meet production deadlines.
• Support the wider production team as needed.
