Scolmore is seeking a Regional Specification & Key Account Manager for the South, reporting to the Sales Director. The role covers the Southern Region and involves leading Specification Sales Managers, delivering turnover budgets, and ensuring teams are equipped to succeed.

Based at Scolmore House, Tamworth, the successful candidate will travel regularly, build strong customer relationships, manage budgets, attend events, and mentor staff in line with HR policies.

Qualificações

• Proven record in specification sales, ideally with an electrical background.
• Understanding of discounts/rebates in trading terms.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Experience following HR policies and processes.
• Willingness to travel away from home regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage activity of Specification Sales Managers against strategic business requirements.
• Deliver the regional turnover budget through the specified activities.
• Provide guidance, support and line management to the team.
• Provide monthly feedback and reporting on sales results to meet budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers (RD/MD/Owner) in the region.
• Manage the Regional Expenditure budget and records.
• Arrange/attend and support relevant customer events and meetings across the region.
• Deal with performance/absence/people management issues with HR support.
• Attend managers training monthly if applicable.
