Scolmore is seeking a Regional Specification & Key Account Manager for the South region, based in Tamworth. The role reports to the Sales Director and is part of the National Sales Management team for the Southern Region as mapped.

You will lead Specification Sales Managers, drive turnover, manage the regional budget, and build strong relationships with key customers. Travel and regular events are expected to represent the company across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven and successful record in specification sales, ideally with an electrical background.
• Good understanding of Scolmore’s customer base and industry trading philosophy.
• Strong work ethic, leadership capability, and ability to manage HR-related tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage the activity of Specification Sales Managers against regional strategic requirements.
• Deliver the regional turnover budget through the specified activities.
• Provide guidance, support and line management to team members to ensure capability.
• Provide monthly feedback on results to enable budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer personnel across the Region.
• Manage the Regional Expenditure budget and record-keeping.
• Arrange and attend relevant customer events and meetings across the region.
• Handle performance/absence/people issues with HR support.
• Attend managers training on a monthly basis if applicable.
