Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd, a leading contract caterer, is seeking a Group Manager to oversee the operational division in the South East region. You will own the P&L, drive business development, and lead a team to deliver exceptional food and client service across multiple sites.

The role requires proven senior management experience in contract catering, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work autonomously, including remote sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior management operations in contract catering or hospitality.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, managers, and suppliers.
• Excellent financial management skills - P&L accountability and control.
• Right to work in the UK.
• DBS checks and references for last 5 years and overseas checks as applicable.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely, with strong organisational discipline.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and business development strategy for the operational division in the south east region.
• Develop a positive, motivating culture, delivering outstanding food and customer service.
• Lead and develop a leadership team across multiple sites, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain and improve standards to meet high client expectations and compliance requirements.
