Qualifications

• Experience in operational level within contract catering or hospitality.
• Experience delivering senior-level operations for high-standards clients.
• Right to work permanently in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS and 5-year reference checks may be required.
• Ability to work across multi-site and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, business development strategy and people management for the division.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain top food standards.
• Lead and develop the operational team across sites.
• Build strong relationships with clients, managers and suppliers.
• Drive commercial performance and implement effective processes.
