Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking an Operations Manager to lead regional contract catering operations with P&L accountability, delivering high-quality food and service standards.

The role focuses on London-based clients, requiring relationship-building, financial control, and leadership of multi-site teams. It is a term-time position (44 weeks) with a £50,000 per annum salary and progression opportunities within a leading independent caterer.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in contract catering or hospitality environments.
• Experience delivering operations at a senior level with high standards.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, managers and teams.
• Strong financial management skills and ability to manage fixed price contracts.
• HR best practices and retail skills are advantageous.
• Right to work permanently in the UK and DBS/diversity checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Operational Division and lead business development strategies.
• Develop and manage high standards of food service and client relationships across multi-site operations.
• Lead and develop teams, ensuring delivery on targets and driving a positive culture.
