Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a Group Manager to lead the Operational Division in the South East Region, with full accountability for P&L and business development. The role focuses on high-calibre contracts, building strong relationships with clients, managers and teams across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have senior operations experience in contract catering or hospitality, strong financial acumen and a proactive, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior operations/leadership roles within contract catering or hospitality.
• Strong financial management skills and ability to deliver on targets.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for P&L and regional performance.
• Drive business development strategy and client satisfaction across the South East Region.
• Lead, coach and develop the Operational Division team.
