Thomas Franks is seeking a Group Manager in London to lead the Operational Division with full P&L accountability and a focus on top-tier contract catering standards. You will drive business development, mentor managers, and build strong client relationships across multiple sites.

You will lead with a commercial mindset, ensuring exceptional customer service and outstanding food, while promoting a positive culture and robust governance, in a remote-capable, multi-site setup.

Qualifications

• Passion and knowledge of great contemporary fresh food and service.
• Experience delivering senior management operations in contract catering with high standards.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, managers and teams.
• Strong leadership and lead-by-example approach.
• Outstanding financial management skills and fixed-price contracts.
• Familiarity with marketing and merchandising by Creativity Team.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and business development strategy for the Operational Division in the London Region.
• Deliver commercial results and outstanding customer service with exceptional food.
• Develop a positive, motivating culture and manage people effectively.
• Support the Regional Director and collaborate with the division's client base.
• Ensure compliance and industry best practices across sites.
