You will oversee high standards of contract catering for prestigious clients, build strong relationships with clients and teams, and drive excellent customer service, financial performance and innovative merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior operations in contract catering or hospitality for clients with high standards.
• Strong leadership and development skills for regional teams.
• Excellent communication with clients, managers and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and business development strategy for the South East Region.
• Lead and develop the Operational Division, delivering outstanding service and food quality.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
