• External sales experience or account management in related plumbing/heating sector.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use CRM and reporting.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and gross margin across the South Central territory.
• Develop existing accounts and increase product breadth and share of wallet.
• Win new customers and re-engage lapsed accounts.
• Build strong relationships across the market.
• Use data to identify opportunities and prioritise actions.
• Manage pricing, negotiations, pipeline and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners.
