Lords Group Trading Plc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the South Central territory, covering Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire down towards the South Coast. You will leverage existing relationships within the plumbing and heating sector to grow sales, manage pricing, and deliver profitable growth.

Forecasting, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, data-driven mindset are essential. A full UK driving licence is required, and regular travel across the region should be expected.

Qualifications

• Proven success in external sales within plumbing & heating.
• Strong network in plumbing & heating market.
• Proactive, commercially aware with data-driven approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience with CRM and reporting systems.
