Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Area Sales Manager for London and Home Counties to drive sales growth in plumbing and mechanical products. The role is fully remote, requiring strong organisational skills and autonomous territory management across distributors, contractors and installers.

You will lead demonstrations, support installations and nurture long-term relationships while targeting agreed sales and margins.

Qualifications

• Proven external sales experience in plumbing/heating/mechanical services.
• Strong understanding of distribution and contractors.
• Experience with technical product demonstrations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plan to achieve sales, margin and growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business across distribution, contractors and installers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms to maximise conversions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical installation training to customers.
• Support customers during installations and resolve product-related queries.
