Job summary

The Parcel Yard at King’s Cross Station is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help uphold the pub's high standards in a fast-paced London environment.

You will lead a kitchen team, create seasonal dishes from local ingredients, and ensure hygiene and food safety are top priorities while delivering excellent service to commuters and guests.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and strong food safety knowledge required.
• Deputy to Head Chef, takes control of kitchen when they are away.
• Ability to prepare fresh food from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and dishes.
