Fuller's is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring high standards of quality and service at The Parcel Yard in King's Cross. You will craft seasonal dishes, mentor the team and uphold rigorous hygiene and safety practices.

We value creativity, collaboration, and a drive to continuously improve the menu and guest experience in a busy pub and hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a second in command to lead kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
• Strong knowledge of seasonal, local ingredients and food safety best practices.
• Creative approach to menu development and dish execution.

Responsabilités

• Take full control of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Prepare fresh dishes and maintain high quality and consistency.
• Inspire and manage the kitchen team to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure hygiene standards and food safety compliance at all times.
• Support ongoing menu development and efficient service through peak hours.
