Job summary

Fuller’s Reading is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef. You’ll take full control of the kitchen in their absence and lead a team through busy services, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

You’ll focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, develop creative dishes, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture. A hygiene qualification and strong food knowledge are essential, with opportunities for progression and staff perks.
