Job summary

Fuller's pub network in Reading is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen with seasonal, local ingredients. You will create fresh dishes, mentor the team and ensure every service runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and food safety knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
• Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.
