Fuller’s in Reigate is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to cover the Head Chef’s duties when away and to drive kitchen excellence. You will craft seasonal dishes, lead a dynamic team, and uphold top food safety standards while delivering outstanding service in a bustling pub setting.

You will bring creativity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to culinary quality, with the ability to mentor staff and maintain consistency across all services.
