Job summary

Fuller's is seeking a Sous Chef at The Lock, Stock & Barrel in Newbury to lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence. You will create fresh, seasonal dishes using local ingredients and guide the kitchen team to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
• Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes with local ingredients.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation during service.
• Uphold hygiene and food safety practices across the kitchen.
• Assist with menu planning and stock control as needed.
