Job summary

The Market Stores in Reigate, part of Fuller’s, is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and steer kitchen operations in their absence. You will craft seasonal dishes from local ingredients and uphold consistent quality across services.

Qualifications

• Ideally holds hygiene and food safety qualifications.
