The Lord Northbrook in Lee (Fuller’s) is seeking a creative Sous Chef to work as deputy to the Head Chef, stepping in when they are away and ensuring smooth service. You will craft dishes from seasonal, local ingredients and lead the kitchen team with flair.

You will uphold high hygiene standards, work to continually improve menus, and take pride in every service. Full induction and training provided; Wagestream earnings access offered.

Formación

• Hygiene qualification and strong knowledge of food safety.
• Excellent knowledge of food and ingredients.

Responsabilidades

• Deputise to the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence.
• Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Bring creative ideas to the menu and develop new dishes.
• Motivate and guide the kitchen team to deliver high standards.
• Take pride in every service and maintain consistent quality.
• Uphold strict hygiene and food safety practices.
