Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a family-owned Pub and Restaurant near Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire to recruit a Sous Chef. You will support the Head Chef, lead junior chefs, and uphold rosette-standard food with a focus on presentation.

The role offers a salary of £38,000–£40,000 with great tips and live-in accommodation. You will maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness and step in when the Head Chef is away, ensuring consistently high standards.
