Qualifications

• Rosette-standard kitchen experience or higher
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail
• Experience leading and supporting a kitchen team
• Organised, time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with the daily running of the production kitchen
• Lead and support the kitchen team
• Oversee food production, quality and consistency
• Work with premium ingredients and high-quality products
• Support menu and product development
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
• Help drive efficient kitchen organisation and production
• Contribute ideas to products and processes
