Pho Restaurants in London is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in London. You will be part of a lively team, supporting the Head Chef and mentoring wok, line, and salad chefs to deliver vibrant, fresh dishes.

The role focuses on hands-on cooking, food safety and helping manage daily kitchen operations. We offer competitive pay, excellent training, and a friendly, fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to grow.

We are looking for aSous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in XXXX.

Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it’s important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.

Annual alary offer of up to£41,300 is made up of a base annual salary £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:

• Hands on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimum x1 years’ in role.
• Experience being second in command in a kitchen. Assisting both the Head Chef with managerial duties and being a mentor to our wok chefs, lines chefs and salad chefs.
• Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations
