Job summary

Pho is opening a new restaurant in Bristol Cribbs Causeway and seeks a hands-on Sous Chef to join the team. The role involves supporting the Head Chef, mentoring kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food safety and service.

The position offers an annual salary up to £41,300 with a base of £34,700 plus earnings from tronc. Be part of a growing nationwide brand known for fresh dishes and vibrant flavours.

Qualifications

• Hands on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimum x1 years' in role.
• Experience being second in command in a kitchen and mentoring wok/lines/salad chefs.
• Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with managerial duties and mentoring team across sections.
• Mentor wok chefs, line chefs and salad chefs to maintain quality and consistency.

Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it's important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.

Annual salary offer up to £41,300. Base salary £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.
