Job summary

Pho is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef at our Lincoln restaurant. You will support the Head Chef, mentor junior cooks, and help run a busy kitchen across sections to ensure high-quality dishes and great service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimum years in role and experience as second in command.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with managerial duties and mentor wok chefs, lines chefs and salad chefs.
• Supportive, friendly and hands-on in different kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.

Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it’s important we find the right Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands‑on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.

Annual alary offer of up to£41,300 is made up of a base annual salary £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:
