Job summary

Mint People is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a welcoming country pub in the Penrith area. The role offers an immediate start and ongoing work, with accommodation provided.

You will support the Head Chef, prepare and cook high-quality dishes, and help manage the kitchen team. Applicants should have previous Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen while upholding food hygiene standards and stock control.
