Coniston Scott Recruitment is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a quality gastro pub with rooms in the Lake District, a high-end property. You will continue the development of the food offering and set new standards.

You should be able to be creative with the food style, balance numbers with kitchen controls and professionalism, and may be an inspired Senior Sous Chef ready for the break to run your own kitchen. Short-term live-in accommodation is available while you relocate.
