One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a developing brigade. The role requires delivering consistent quality and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop kitchen brigades.
