Job summary

The Commercial Hotel in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead day-to-day kitchen operations across the restaurant, functions and other food outlets. Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is required.
• Experience in restaurant service and running a function kitchen is essential.
