Ubiquitous Chip in Glasgow is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef and lead a talented kitchen team. You will help deliver exceptional food, while upholding the landmark standards the restaurant is known for.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Ability to apply classic cooking techniques to high-quality dishes.
• Experience with butchery and preparing ingredients from scratch.
• Understanding stock management, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop chefs in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong leadership to drive a collaborative, quality-driven team.
