Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Glasgow is seeking a committed Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and drive a smooth, consistent kitchen operation. You will demonstrate leadership, develop the brigade, and uphold high standards of hygiene and health and safety.

We offer on-the-job training and collaboration with our training provider to deliver nationally recognised apprenticeships, with opportunities for internal progression into Head Chef roles. Passion for exceptional hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety
• Ability to develop and lead a kitchen brigade

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef to ensure the team delivers smoothly and consistently.
• Develop the brigade and maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
