This recently opened 1 Michelin Star, Mediterranean Restaurant is one of coolest restaurants in London today! Serving up to 120 covers per service, they are looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for running the pass and creating seriously tasty innovative dishes.

You must have worked within Michelin Starred kitchens previously.

• 7 shifts over 4 days - 3 days off

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef

• Running the pass
• Overseeing junior chefs, reporting into the exceptional Head Chef
• Cooking to an extremely high level, whilst overseeing all the MEP
• Ensuring a seamless service of up to 120 covers on a busy service
• You will have experience as a Sous Chef within a top class restaurant
