Marylebone's most exciting restaurant is seeking a confident, organized Sous Chef with a passion for culinary excellence, a charismatic personality and a love for using seasonal and fresh produce to make exceptional dishes. They have just won their first Michelin star in their first year!

  • Work in a brand-new kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Weekly menu changes to inspire creativity.

Restaurant:

  • Cooking over open flame
  • 80-100 covers
  • Brand new kitchen with cutting-edge facilities.
  • Open kitchen concept, bespoke grill, and hand-built stone oven.
  • Focus on using only the freshest, top-quality produce with weekly menu changes.

Qualifications:

  • Enjoys engaging with guests from the chef's counter.
