The Senior Sous Chef Role:
The Senior Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, maintaining kitchen efficiency, overseeing the kitchen team, managing inventory, controlling food costs, adhering to health and safety regulations, and assisting in menu development. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.
