The Senior Sous Chef Role:

The Senior Sous Chef plays a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent, high-quality food preparation and presentation, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and overseeing the work of the kitchen team. The role involves managing inventory, controlling food costs, adhering to health and safety regulations, and assisting in menu development. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment are key requirements.
