Job summary

Bailbrook House Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels, seeks a knowledgeable Sous Chef in Bath. The role offers a £40,000 annual salary plus service charge and excellent colleague benefits.

It is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days out of 7, with weekends on a rota. You will work in a multi-outlet rosette/Michelin hotel environment, delivering high standards and supporting weddings, bespoke events and private dining, withfocus on precision and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef in a multi-outlet rosette/Michelin hotel environment.
• Proven ability to manage events such as weddings and private dining.
• Focus on precision, organisation and delivering high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee dishes across hotel outlets to rosette/Michelin standards.
• Lead kitchen team, supervise service and uphold quality of the guest experience.
• Work on rota with 40 hours per week, including weekends.
