Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for Spyglass - Harvester in Weymouth. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence, delivering consistent, great-tasting dishes and a smooth shift operation.

You’ll drive targets with your team, manage stock and food orders, and ensure compliance with branded menus and hygiene standards. An onsite accommodation option is available.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
