Harvester - Yeoman in West Byfleet is seeking a Sous Chef who loves great food and team development. You will run a section and step up in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring guests leave with a smile.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or higher in a busy kitchen.
• Able to lead a section and train staff.
• Committed to food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
